BIM Drafting Services Pty Ltd is providing BIM management, collaboration and co-ordination for the Greenskills Training Centre. This project showcases the latest in BIM technology.

BIM Drafting Services is responsible for the collaboration required to take the BIM model from LOD 300 (Design Complete status) through LOD 400 (Issued for Construction status), LOD 500 (As-Built status), and LOD 600 where the Facilities management data is added to assist in maintenance.

This project is one of Australia's highest profile BIM projects and the 3D models and documentation shall be used as a case study and teaching material by the TAFE in the future.
